In Otakon 2004, which was held in Baltimore,FUNimation announced some informationaboutFMA.
According to that statement, the CartoonNetwork airing will be uncut, but blood andthings that CN thinks it is necessary willbe digital painted in order to hide them.On TV show, only the second OP sequence(L'Arc~en~ciel's"READY STEADY GO"), but the FUNi'sDVD will include other OP and ED sequences.DVD will be released across 16 discs, and FUNi is trying to get as many extraslike figures and boxes as possible. The priceper disc is $24.98.
ボルチモアで行われたOtakon 2004にて、FUNimationは北米版ハガレンに関するいくつかの発表を行った。
それによると、Cartoon Networkでの放映はカット無しとなるが、一部流血シーンやその他CartoonNetworkが必要と判断したシーンについてはそれらを隠すためデジタルペイント処理が施されるとのこと。また、TV放映では第２期オープニング（L'Arc～en～Cielの「READYSTEADY GO」）のみが使用されるが、FUNimation発売のDVDでは全てのOP、EDが収録される。DVDは全16巻の発売となる予定で、現在FUNimationは出来るだけ多くのフィギュアやボックスなどの特典を付けられるよう努力しているとのこと。価格は１本あたり$24.98。

DVD will be released across 13 discs, not 16, and the price per disc is $29.98 (not &24.98).
Each disc include 4 episodes, same as Japaneseversion.
DVDは全16巻ではなく13巻で、価格は24.98ドルでなく29.98ドル。
日本版と同じで各巻４話収録。
